Edwin Roscoe Mullins
1848–1907
Edwin Roscoe Mullins [also known as E. Roscoe Mullins] was born in Holborn, London, England on 22 August 1848. He attended Lambeth School of Art and the Royal Academy Schools in London and spent a period training in the workshop of John Birnie Philip (1824-1875).
