Michael McVeigh

b.1957

Painter, printmaker and muralist, born in Dundee. After working for a firm of postcard publishers and on a public building mural under the Job Creation Scheme McVeigh joined drawing classes at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, enrolled for the drawing and painting course, graduated in 1982 and then went to Ireland on a Scottish Education Department Scholarship.
