Two large decorated vases standing under their individual canopies supported by four columns, flanking the bandstand. There are carved laurel wreaths with ribbon ties to the bases encircling a letter 'J' on the southern face. The bases of the vases and bases of the looped handles to each side are ornamented with acanthus leaf carvings. Each vase stands on a block base set on a plain solid stone plinth within an aedicule with simplified columns at each angle, carrying a canopy with block top, coved cornice, and inscribed frieze. Each is protected by low iron railings.

The vases were presented to Empress Josephine by Emperor Napoleon Buonaparte in 1805 and brought from France by Colonel Page after the Napoleonic-Peninsular War.
