Barbara Robertson is a graduate of Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art. Linocut is her chosen medium, and she has mastered the technicalities of this particular form of printmaking and made it her own. She has a wonderful visual imagination and keen wit, which are beautifully expressed in her exceptional prints. Cats, hens, sheep, and other animals make regular appearances in her work; she also portrays the Angus countryside landscape where she lives. Her prints are strictly limited to small editions, making them very appealing to collectors.
