Mounted on a two-stepped base, a painted canopy of four slender columns on a square plan, from the capitals of which consoles with griffin terminals unite with arches and decorated mouldings. On each side around the base of a dome is a rope framed cartouche with a bust of Queen Victoria and on one of the sides an inscribed medallion. The dome's finial is in the shape of a cross, while inside the canopy is a basin with a scalloped edge on a salamander decorated pedestal and the urn with four consoles topped with a crane.
