Two bronze relief panels commemorating the bombing of Exeter in the Baedeker raids of 4th May 1942. The inspiration for two bronze reliefs came from the photographic records taken the day after the aerial bombardment. The front relief was originally part of a memorial fountain on the site, created by Roger Dean, that was removed to make way for the development of Princesshay.
