A clock tower with a decorative openwork corona surmounted with a ball finial. There are sculpted floral capitals below the clock, and the pedestal is comprised of bands of quatrefoil fret. The clock is supported on a flared octagonal base. Attached to the base are two small basins either side of one large basin which is supported by two legs in the form of hooves and fetlocks.
