The mural depicts Castle Street, with its Georgian brick façade and a statue of Admiral Blake, Bridgwater brick making, decorative chimney pots from the museum, and bottle kilns. The Glass House at top right as well as the old High Cross buildings have been demolished but depicted in the form of the mural.
