Redvers Taylor (1900–1975)

Food Museum

Sculptor in metal, painter in oil and gouache, born in Brighton, Sussex. Taylor attended Heatherley’s School of Fine Art and signed his work R H R T. Took part in a number of group exhibitions, including LG. After World War II he had a series of solo shows at Reid and Lefevre, Gimpel Fils and Kettle’s Yard Gallery, Cambridge. Lived at Belchamp St Paul, Sudbury, Suffolk.
