Self-taught painter in oil, born and lived in London, by profession a businessman. He published Furs and Furriery and Pirate in Striped Trousers. Was a member of ROI, also showing at RA, RWS and Cooling Galleries. He was a noted figure in Ben Uri Art Society, was shown there in 1968 and 1972 and it holds his work.
