Printmaker, illustrator and teacher, born in Broughty Ferry, Angus. She attended Blairgowrie High School, then studied at Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art, Dundee, 1965–71, her teachers including Józef Se¸kalski. She was awarded a Major Scottish Education Department Travelling Scholarship. Robertson went on to teach printmaking at Duncan of Jordanstone, then worked full-time mainly on lino-cuts. She showed in mixed groups at RSA, Printmakers’ Workshop in Edinburgh and at Compass Gallery, Glasgow, where she had a solo exhibition in 1981. Her work is held by public collections in Aberdeen, Glasgow, Leeds and elsewhere. Lived in Douglastown, Forfar.
