Artist, born in Manchester, who did a foundation course at Tameside College, 1976–7; was at Falmouth School of Art, 1977–8; and graduated from Goldsmiths’ College in fine art, 1978–80. While working as a postman at Victoria (South-West) Office Moran made a series of drawings about working in the Post Office that culminated in two commissioned triptychs which were put on permanent show at Victoria and Swindon District Offices. Mixed shows included Red Lion Group, Conway Hall, 1986; and Kerb Scrawlers, The Living Room, Greenwich, 1994. Showed solo at Dryden Street Gallery, 1987.
