
Painter, born in Irvine, Ayrshire, who took an honours degree at Dundee School of Art, 1986–90. He created a world of hard-edged, sometimes distorted figures inhabiting a world with its own peculiar symbolism. Group exhibitions included Byzantine Gallery, Edinburgh, 1990; Gallery Albion, Cannes, 1991; and O’Hara Gallery, New York, 1994. Had a solo show at Trinity Gallery, 1991, later ones including Connaught Brown, 1994.
