Painter and illustrator, born in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where she attended the College of Art. Showed regularly from the mid-1960s; was included in the all-women Pandora’s Box exhibition which toured Britain in 1985; and her Hayfield and Tree, Cushendall, was in Landscapes from North and South which toured from the Glebe House and Gallery, Donegal, 1997–8. With her husband, the painter Joe McWilliams, she ran the Cavehill Gallery, Belfast.
