Reginald Augustus Fonseca Guimaraens, the son of a merchant, Manuel Fonseca, and his wife Mary Jane, was born at 29 Woburn Square, Camden, London, on 31st July 1873 and baptised on 23rd September 1873 at St Pancras. He died at 28a Brunswick Square, Brighton & Hove, in 1949.
